ACCOUNTING & AUDITING Assurance Services

We provide financial reporting on three levels of assurance:

1. Audits of financial statements: Provides reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free from material misstatement. Includes a risk-based approach in testing accounting records.

2. Reviews of financial statements: Provides limited assurance that the financial statements are free from material misstatement. Includes analytical procedures and discussions with management.

3. Compilations of financial statements: Provides no assurance on the financial statements. Based on client provided information.

Peer Reviews

As members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, our firm is required to undergo a peer review by an outside peer reviewer every three years.

The firm is also qualified to perform peer reviews for other accounting firms and has several peer review clients throughout the Country.
